Worldwide Select Group follows the federal Fair Housing Act, the Florida Fair Housing Act and the Miami-Dade and Broward human rights ordinances. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, source of income or any other protected class in the sale, rental, financing or advertising of housing.

What this means in practice

We show every client every property that fits their criteria and budget. We describe neighborhoods by housing, commute and amenities, not by who lives there. We do not steer, and we report discrimination we encounter.
