Profit Distribution Program

As a commission based wage earners, real estate professionals have to rely on their skills and contacts above any other source to maximize their income. Our Profit Distribution Program allows you to make money by referring other associates to our company. This essentially gives you some of the benefits a broker gets, without the liabilities and paperwork associated with running a brokerage firm. The extra source of income allows you, the associate, to have a sense of income security for sluggish monthly sales that you may incur from time to time. By referring a real estate licensee to our company, you will receive a percentage of any commission that associate makes for as long as you are both active with Worldwide Select Group. You will also profit from their referrals as well. These are associates that are referred from your 1 st generation of referrals that are working and generating income for you. As if our Profit Distribution Program ®, or PDP as we like to call it, wasn’t already innovative enough at that point, we take it a step further by distributing commission on a third generation. This may be a little confusing at first, mostly because it’s never been done before in real estate. But, in reality it’s very simple.

Let’s break it down like this. A Level 1 associate makes a base split of 65%. If everyone in your generational down-line is a Level 1 associate this is how it works.

You’re the Principal. You make 65% on commissions you generate from your sales.
Everyone you refer is your 1 st generation; you will make 10% from commissions they generate.
Everyone they refer is your 2 nd generation and you will make 6% from commissions they generate.
Everyone the 2 nd generation refers is your 3 rd generation and you will make 2% from commission they generate.

For example, let’s say you refer 3 new associates and they refer 3 and so on. This will mean that if everyone refers 3 in your generational down-line you will have 3 in your 1 st generation position, 9 in your 2 nd generation and 27 in your 3 rd. That’s a total of 39 people making money for you, 36 of them are an indirect result of your dedication to the referral system . Because you are indirectly responsible for their affiliation with our company we will reward you with our PDP for as long as you and they all are affiliated with Worldwide Select Group either, active, retired or through our benefit program. Note: There is no limit as to how many people you can refer and have in your 1 st generation.

Retirement Program

Retirement is an issue rarely addressed in the real estate industry. The conventional way of dealing with retirement in the real estate industry has always depended on you, the associate, to put money aside for the future. During the process of conceptualizing Worldwide Select Group, we knew we would have to address this issue. We built a retirement program that is second to none in the industry through our Profit Distribution Program. When you decide you no longer want to work in the real estate industry you will continue to receive your distributions according to the PDP. You can also continue to recruit and increase your income during retirement. Since there is no limit as to how many associates you can recruit and no annual limit as to how much you can collect from each one of them, the possibilities for profiting during your retirement years are endless.

Benefit Program

The Benefit Program was derived from the inevitable questions: What happens when one of our active or retired associates passes on? What happens with the income you’ve generated through your hard work in recruitment? …We knew the only right thing to do was to have a beneficiary named for your funds. There is a great deal of serenity and peace-of-mind in knowing that your work will continue to provide ancillary income after you’ve passed away. Your beneficiary may be named in the form of an individual, an estate, or trust.
